Recently, Eurowindow Holding has been investing in large projects including: Melinh Plaza Trade Complex, the largest mall in Vietnam, specializing in displaying and selling complete building materials, interior furniture and equipment supplies; Hanoi-Moscow, Cultural and Trade Center (Incentra) with a total floor area of almost 160,000 m2, a complex of hotel, trade and cultural center, sports facility; Vincentra, located in Vinh City, composing of trade center, offices for lease and luxurious apartments; Eurowindow Multi-Complex, which is located on Tran Duy Hung, Hanoi; trade center in Ha Dong… Besides, Eurowindow Holding is the Owner of some other high-grade resorts such as Eurowindow Nha Trang, luxurious ecological resort; Bai Cat Tham (Van Phong, Khanh Hoa), tourism and resort, and some other projects.

Building materials and interior furniture distribution
Not only investing in trade centers, but Eurowindow Holding has also invested in companies doing business at those centers: Melinh HyperMarket Joint Stock Company (Melinh HyperMarket) established in 2006 with the advisory of Global Economics (Germany). Melinh HyperMarket is a subsidiary of EMV Profit, a Germany building materials super market. In addition to Melinh HyperMarket, Eurowindow Holding has invested in Melinh Distribution Joint Stock Company, who specializes in selling interior furniture and partners with many large European furniture manufacturers.
